The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
Return policy details
1- Buyer has 14 days cooling period. The 14 days start from the time the buyer receive the item. The buyer need to inform us before returning the item 2- It is the buyer responsibility to return the item. All charges encountered by sending the item back to us are on the buyer. 3- Only unused items (new) can be returned. 4- Once we got the item back from the buyer we will inspect it and check its condition. If item at a New condition (as we sent it) and it is returned within the 14 days period. Returning Faulty Item within warranty period: 1- All faulty item need to be reported to us and we authorise sending it back. 2- If you return the item within the warranty period because it develop a faulty, We will replace it OR Refund YOU YOU DECIDE 3- however if an item claimed to be faulty and found (in testing) to be not faulty, we will charge postage and return the item back to the buyer. For this reason we advise you to be sure when you make such claim.
